We wish to commend the Electrical Licence to Practise compliance effort of O’Hare & McGovern in relation to the Lisburn Primary Community Care Centre Project at Lagan Valley Hospital. SparkSafe believe that it is appropriate to recognise the engagement and follow-through of the O’Hare & McGovern contract management team in their commitment to assuring the Department of Health of the steps taken to maintain the principles of the Electrical Licence to Practise quality improvement measure on their behalf during the disruptive period following lockdown.

The company worked effectively with the appointed sub-contractor Dowds Group to overcome the impact of unexpected furlough commitments by coordinating a fast track registration of un-furloughed and previously unregistered electrical workers with the SparkSafe team.

The project was deemed essential work and necessary to the strategic planning interest of the Client in dealing with ancillary Covid 19 related health care matters.  O’Hare & McGovern have demonstrated strong commitment to the Electrical Licence to Practise quality improvement measures on behalf of their Client in relation to the Lisburn Primary Community Care Centre Project. This has been achieved through collaboration and close cooperation with the Dowds Group.  Well done and congratulations.
