If your application has been approved you can request a reminder of either your username or your password. To do this click on the login button on the homepage, you will see the forgot username & forgot password links at the bottom of the login area.
If you have forgotten your username, click on the Forgot Username link, you will be asked to provide the email which you registered with when you made your application. Your username will then be emailed to you.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link, you will be asked to provide your Username and an email will be sent to you.
